0-193 mph 2019 ZR1 Corvette Test

It’s certainly no secret that the latest and greatest Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is an absolute monster of this generation. It really comes as no surprise as just about every other version of this car that has come out has been a showstopper in its respective era

As per usual, the ZR1 brings something to table that really puts most other cars on the market to shame and this year with the 755 hp 6.2 L supercharged V8, the machine brings even more punch to the table to sink your teeth into. However, it might turn out that the streets around the country and even around the world really aren’t suitable to really be able to get into a car like this and stretch its legs out.

However, thankfully for us as spectators, Hennessy Performance just so happens to have that kind space and they’re able to stretch the legs out on the ZR1, almost to the point where it’s able to cap off a near 200 mph run. The fact that we’re able to see these kinds of speeds out of a production vehicle nonetheless is something that is absolutely stunning as the supercharged Corvette seems to rocket there with ease. If the car had more space we have no doubt in the world that it would keep on trucking right past that 193 mph mark and straight to 200!

If there’s a car that we think is going to come through on expectations and even exceed them, this would definitely be it. It’s pretty entertaining to watch as people continue to dig into these things and really make them sing out there on the track.
