16 Year Old Girl Crushes Welding Test

There are few things more attractive than a woman jumping into a field that’s typically comprised of males and knocking it out of the park. We would be insane to call welding a “Man’s job” when we’ve seen many badass female welders, but the vast majority of welders are guys, most likely due to the fact that men are fascinated by controlling fire and manipulating metal while women are drawn to more delicate – and cleaner – hobbies and vocations.

That being said, there are plenty of ladies out there who can grab the welder and lay down a bead without hesitation. In the video below, we see this young lady of only sixteen taking her CWB test. Comprised of 4 test welds, this is no easy test, as you will see when you watch the clip. The welds are put to the test, each being pressed into a horseshoe shape to test its durability. After the bending and subsequent inspections, the results are in: She passed! This is definitely cool to see and we hope there are more young ladies out there picking up the welder and getting to work after seeing this young lady in action!
