$2 Million Ferrari FXX Evoluzione Crashing Straight Into a Wall
If you want to play with the big dogs, you had better be ready to open up your wallet, at least when it comes to racing. When you really get into it, while trying to be competitive in any sort of racing, things can get expensive. Sure, if you can do the work yourself and maybe find some parts that work for a cheaper price, you may but able to save a little bit of money here and there but overall, when you really start to try and run down other drivers, you’re going to end up spending a good amount of money in the process. Hopefully, it’s money that you’re ready to lose because any moment, something could go wrong.
This time, we check out a Ferrari that’s worth somewhere the ballpark of $2 billion in the Ferrari FXX Evoluzione. When you put a car like this on the track, it really takes nerves of steel be able to get behind the wheel and handle it. Just to think that one false move could cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars if not more is really something that could put just about anybody on edge. Heck, in some situations like this one, it might not even completely be the driver’s fault that something like this would go down as the racing surface just really seemed to not be all there as this Ferrari driver rounded a corner and discovered some wetness.
If you follow along in the video below, you’ll see a sequence that was said to have started out at about 160 miles per hour and ended with this $2 million car heading straight into the wall. Luckily, it does look like the vehicle would be salvageable and will probably be fixed but on the other hand, it’s still probably going to be quite an expensive repair, to say the least. I guess that, on the bright side, the driver was alright, but you can bet your bottom dollar that he’s going to be furious with himself after this one!
