2018 Dodge Demon Hits the Strip vs Trackhawk, Hellcat, Supercharged Camaro
When it comes to stirring up the pot and creating the most possible attention for one of their cars, Dodge might have done the best job of accomplishing just that this year. With the release of the Dodge Demon, the company would let go of just the right information in just the right way while not laying all of their cards out on the table at once to create such massive hype. The result was a giant stir that had people wondering what this car would really be capable of as we got some numbers slowly trickled out to us while the entire picture had yet to be painted but now, it really looks like we’re getting some of those desired results in full swing.
This time, which check out the car as it’s able to head out to the local drag strip and take a crack at a couple of competitors who seem to be quite formidable. While the Demon is certainly one of the strongest drag racing production cars to ever hit the streets, The Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, Hellcat Challenger, and a supercharged Chevrolet Camaro should give it a good run for its money as all of the above bustle down the eighth mile against one another for bragging rights and to see what kind of times they can reel in.
If you follow along with the video down below, you’ll be able to watch the Demon go to work, finally stretching out its legs on the strip and showing us some times on the board to showcase what this beast is made of. After being able to see the Demon in action, be sure to tell us what you think of this screaming Mopar as it digs down deep and makes its way down the track to a couple of stellar passes.
