5 Cars That Look Like High End Exotics but are Actually Just Body Kits
When it comes to exotic cars, there is definitely a lot to fall in love with. The aggressive designs along with high power applications behind them can create a package that is incredibly attractive. However, with these incredibly attractive packages, we find incredible price tags as well.
Now, I’m certainly no economist but it definitely stands to reason that a six-figure sports car probably isn’t in the price range of most people. In fact, there are plenty of examples of exotic cars that blow right past that six-figure mark and into the seven-figure mark.
Spending a couple hundred grand on a vehicle just doesn’t happen all that often in the real world when we consider the fact that many of these cars cost more than the average American home.
With this, many people probably think that they will never be able to afford an exotic car. From a realist’s perspective, that might be technically true. However, there are options for those who want to have the feel of an exotic car without the price tag. In this one, we approach the topic of body kits and kit cars.
Now, we know what you’re probably thinking. Over the years, some of these kits have build up a reputation for themselves for not being so great. There are definitely a good variety of these things that can be spotted from a mile away as not being a legitimate exotic.
On the other hand, though, there are definitely effective and efficient builds out there that are based on other cars. Some of them still maintain quite have a price tag but others are more affordable than some of their exotic competitors.
