When you talk to some folks, you might hear them say that they’d prefer old cars to new, simply because they’re incredibly easy to work on when compared to all of the electronic pitfalls that await.

This time, a Volkswagen Beetle owner takes that concept and carries it to the extreme to show off how he gives his VW a little helping hand to get it started.

When the key turns the engine over to no avail, he takes matters into his own hands, taking out a pull cord and starting up the 60s dub just like a lawnmower!
