Fastest railroad in the world 6521.79 miles per hour: NASA’s mach 8.5 rocket sled
Traveling at high rates of speed might be your thing, but it’s hard to even fathom how quick this vehicle travels on the land.
When we heard that this train of sorts used for aerospace research and was able to propel to the likes of Mach 8.5, our eyes nearly rolled back in our heads.
For those who aren’t aware, Mach 8.5 is equivalent to over 6500 mph. Just imagine going for a ride on board of this bad boy. It would be an all-new experience entirely.
Ride along with the NASA creation in the video below and tell us what you think of this monster that sits on sliding pads called “slippers” and makes its way to thought blistering speeds!
