GSX-R 1000 Blows By Cop Going About 160mph

Talk about bad timing… This biker rolls out onto the interstate for a little top end fun and barely gets rolling good when he blows past a cop what appears to be 160+ MPH.

As you can see in the video below, the rider does the smartest thing he can do, assuming the cop even bothered to pursue a bike with a rolling 160 MPH head start, and dips off the interstate at the first opportunity, then runs through the gears again, before slowing to take yet another exit as the video ends. There’s a very real possibility that, instead of giving chase, the officer just jumped on his radio and sent word out to other cops in the area to watch for the biker, so putting as many exits as he can between himself and where he was last seen is a great plan of action. We hope the guy was safe – as safe as one can be when shredding the interstate at speeds nearing 200 MPH – as he exited the area as quickly as possible.
