Shawns Brand New Murder Nova -vs- Blown Corvette – Outlaw Armageddon
For those who are trying to be competitive in stay toward the top of their game, keeping their competitors on their toes, these racers are constantly making changes to their rides, tweaking and tuning to make sure that they remain at the top all while keeping the opposition off guard, never really revealing their full hand and showing what they’re bringing to the plate. Sometimes these changes are minor and might involve small tweaks like suspension adjustments and other times, the changes can be huge! In any case, these guys are always on the lookout for another way that they could bring their cars up to speed, making themselves just a little bit more competitive.
This time, we catch up with Shawn and the latest rendition of the Murder Nova, a car that you could definitely say is leaning toward the extreme end of that spectrum as it’s entirely new, a complete top to bottom reboot of what Shawn sees to be the ideal racing machine.
It’s an absolute pleasure to watch the 482 cubic inch small block roar to life with the supporting pair of Precision turbos aiding it in the push that gets this machine down the racing surface of choice. It’s a joy to watch this competition as Murder Nova does its burnout and goes full tilt, slaying the racing surface as Shawn has his hands completely full with a blown Chevrolet Corvette that isn’t playing any games.
The video below has the guys over at Urban Hillbilly Action Videos taking us on the scene to witness the no prep action from a variety of angles, taking you inside of this race that has both of these drivers peddling for their life as they slide around the track and make their way toward the finish line. After checking out how this battle went down, be sure to let us know what you think of this pair of cars that is nothing short of wildly impressive.
