As the heat of the summer keeps on rolling along hard, we are all looking for measures to keep us cool.While it might seem worth it to just go out and pick up something that will last you a while you want to use, some air conditioning units and other ways of keeping cool might be expensive, however, this time, we check out a homemade contraption that was made for just a couple of dollars and can really spit out some cold air.

Ideally, you want something that’s going to last you for a while, maybe an actual air conditioner is a better ide, however, a little creation like this might just come in handy for a low-key situation where you might not have the means for a legitimat A/C unit. Say you’re out racing and are going to be spending a lot of time in the trailer – this would be about perfect should you want to stay cool and don’t want to spend the money on an A/C system.

With nothing more than a fan and some other simple supplies like 2 liters soda bottles, this experimenter is able to put together something that ends up being pretty unique indeed and he claims that it lowers the air temperature as well. By cutting up the bottles and fastening them to the fan, it looks to move air more rapidly which I suppose will cause a cooling effect. It could definitely work out should you find yourself in a pinch.
