Paul Sr And Vinnie Meet Up For The First Time in Years
When you run just about any business, there are going to be lots of factors to consider. One of the biggest and most challenging can be dealing with all of the different personalities that work under you and making them collaborate with your own personality to get the job done in the most effective way possible. This might sound like an easy task but, as any business owner will tell you, it’s certainly a lot more difficult than it sounds. Not only do you have to find the right people, but you have to also make sure they have the right work ethic and are willing to work for the right amount pay. At a certain point in time, the numbers just don’t make sense anymore and this is where the hard decisions come into play for both employer and employee.
Now, just imagine trying to undertake that kind of responsibility all wall the pressure of reality TV cameras are bearing down on you and you also have the hotheaded personality that Paul Senior does. All of these contribute to being different elements that could throw things in a bit of a pressure cooker, making a situation a little bit more combustible as people are all trying to work together while the pressure is at its highest. Sure, Senior’s hotheaded attitude might have been good for ratings and, in the long run, been a big factor that contributed to all this success but it certainly didn’t help when dealing with people.
This time, we dive inside of the movement that Paul Senior and Vinnie met up, confronting one another about how, whe he quit, Paul thought that he didn’t go about it the right way. In turn, Vinnie tells Paul what he thought that could’ve done better around the shop that maybe would’ve kept him around. At the end of the day, they did end up laying all of their cards out on the table but it might’ve been just a little bit too little too late in the situation. This is why good communication is important along the whole journey not just when things are over.
