Modded Dodge Demon SHATTERS RECORD, Get Ya Some!

When the next big thing in the high-performance community comes out, you know that it’s only a matter of time before somebody with enough money to play with it ends up wandering into the wonder world of modification where they begin to toy around with it a little bit. With a car like the Dodge Demon promising incredible things on the drag strip straight out of the box, it’s going to be pretty interesting to see just how far they can push these things as different folks are able to put their magical touch on the cars and they begin to sculpt them, even more, to make sense on the drag strip.

This time, we check out the likes of YouTuber, SRTMUSH, the owner of an insane Demon, as he makes his way to the YouTube Callout to make a couple of passes and puts on a spectacular performance. Like we said, these cars a pretty husky to start with so only some basic modifications should make them do some pretty amazing things. Therefore, the simple swap of a pulley, injectors, and some e85, the car managed to smash its way past every other Demon to stake its claim as the fastest, but we get the feeling that this isn’t where it’s all going to stop.

If you follow along in the video below, you get a glimpse at what these modified Demons are able to do out on the racing surface. After seeing the surface scraped, it’s only a matter of time before we’re able to see one of these things in the 8s and beyond. We have to say that we’re all pretty excited to see exactly what comes of it when the car is able to make some more passes and people start to really get a good feeling for it.
