When it comes to boating, sometimes, when picking out a vessel, you really have to pick your battles. Sure, a lot of us would like a well-rounded vessel that is the best of every world imaginable. However, sometimes, that’s just not possible. Boat design has yet to really perfect a perfectly rounded vessel unless you’re spending a boatload of cash.

For example, somebody is really into fishing would want to purchase a purpose-built fishing boat. As it turns out, fishing off of a cruising boat isn’t exactly a walk in the park. Those who really get serious about their fishing will probably find that there are a lot of hangups with such an application. Therefore, they probably would want to purchase something like a center console.

Many in the world of boating would deem a center console as strictly a fishing boat. In most cases, that might prove true. However, let’s just say that not all center consoles are built alike. In fact, there are a plethora of center console applications that really dive into the lap of luxury.

At the end of the day, it all depends on what your priorities are and how much money is in the ol’ bank account. However, this variety of boat can really do a lot depending on which model one decides to purchase.

On the other side of the list, though, we have a 65-foot center console with a 16-foot beam. Needless to say, that’s a massive boat for this sort of layout. However, the designers behind this one simply figured out a way to make it all work.
