Hennessey Takes a 2020 Harley Davidson GMC Sierra to a New Level With Supercharged “Goliath 700”
I might be a little bit biased but if there’s one thing that I can’t turn away from, it’s a tough performance pickup truck. As it turns out, the folks over at Hennessey Performance have plenty to go around. One of their most recent additions to the fleet is a 2020 Harley-Davidson GMC Sierra known as “Goliath 700.”
As the name infers, the truck is capable of 700 hp at the crank. This power comes thanks to a high-flow 2.9L supercharger system paired with CNC ported cylinder heads and a custom cam among other supporting modifications. Once that power is truly unleashed, the Harley truck screams like it’s ready to rumble when the throttle hits the floor.
Buyers also have the option of upgrading the suspension for off-road capabilities. The upgrade includes a lift kit and a different wheel/tire combo among other mods. It looks like this particular customer passed up on that option because they spent the extra money at the dealer on the special edition Harley option. However, Hennessey should be able to hook up any 2019-2021 Silverado or Sierra with the package.
Furthermore, those who are really feeling froggy can access modifications that include a Goliath front bumper and custom graphics. At the end of the day, the package is a one-stop shop to make a modern truck have a bit more oomph but can be tailored to specific tastes as well.
Last but not least, it’s also notable that the Goliath 700 comes with a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty as well. If there’s one thing that makes people anxious about modifying a vehicle, it’s losing that ever so valuable warranty. However, it would appear as if Hennessey has you covered in that arena as well.
Below, we get to see the supercharged monster come to life. Just when we thought that modern trucks couldn’t get better, Goliath turns up the volume!
