Alleged Drunken Driver Arrested After Going 155MPH in a McLaren

For those who are negligent enough to find themselves in a situation where they’re driving under the influence, you would think they would do everything possible to hide the fact that they aren’t in any sort of capacity to drive. However, if you asked the driver of this McLaren, that isn’t how he sees drunk driving at all. Instead, he’s driving in excess of any speed that pretty much anybody on the road would be able to do as the driver decides to take his car to some incredible speeds, all while he’s not even in the right frame of mind to be behind the wheel.

When police caught this driver, it just so happened that they clocked him on their radars traveling at 155 mph. As if that offense wouldn’t be enough for the police, they would find out exactly what he was up to and eventually slap the cuffs on him for the DUI, arresting him and taking him away to be further processed. I’m not sure if they exactly keep a record book for highest speed clocked while under the influence but if that count exists somewhere, this guy has to be getting pretty far toward the top of it. That’s definitely not a list that we would be proud of being a part of.

The video down below takes you to the scene as the McLaren driver is lit up and eventually apprehended further down the road. I wouldn’t even begin to be able to imagine what that conversation between the driver and the police officer could have possibly gone like after he found out that the driver was, in fact, drunk. If one thing is for sure, we would definitely like to hear exactly how this one pans out in court and how this driver intends on explaining the fact that he was probably traveling at three times the speed limit while under the influence of alcohol. This, ladies and gentlemen, is a prime example of what not to do when you are afforded the privilege of being able to drive on public roadways.
