This time, we check out a video that shows that exact madman coming to life in the streets of Russia as the driver of the car with the dashcam obviously did something to anger him.

We watch as the man runs across traffic with his weapon of choice. When the target realizes that the man is coming after their car, they do everything they can to evade the attack.

However, the sudden sprint away from the attacker proved to be futile as the car would get pelted with the axe anyway and be forced into needing a new windshield.
