“B is for Build” Kicked Off Their New Build – An Off-Road Lamborghini Huracan
For those who aren’t familiar with the “B is for Build” YouTube channel, their goal is simple. The idea is to take wrecked cars and turn them into something interesting. It’s kind of a little bit of a twist on the YouTube channels that restore salvage machines. Essentially, they do restore the salvage cars but they do it in more of a resto-mod fashion, bringing the car not only new life but different life than it had before.
With these projects, the channel seems to like to go off of the beaten path quite a bit to build something unique. This is the same channel that was behind the twin-turbo LS-powered Lamborghini Huracan and the Eleanor Mustang that really caught the attention of the internet when the rights holders to the Eleanor name decided that they wanted to repossess the build.
This time, we hop into another Lamborghini Huracan but it’s a little bit different than the last one. If you thought that an LS swap in one of these things was interesting, you’re going to love what they have coming next. The idea here is essentially to take the high-end exotic car and turn it into an off-road monster. It should be quite an interesting combination as these cars are typically fitted with all-wheel-drive anyway. Might as well put it to good use in the desert or somewhere with some solid trails, right?
As our host tells us, they have pretty much no experience with this sort of build. It should be interesting to watch them go through the car, piece by piece, and transform what was designed to be an on-road performance car into something else entirely. As usual, we’re sure that the entirety of the project will be happening over on their channel!
