Beat Up Old Truck Turns Into Racing Machine Thanks to a Set of Turbos
With enough skill, money, and time, you can take just about anything that you want and convert it from its original state into a racing machine. When the folks at Chevy began producing the Chevrolet C10, They probably never imagined that it would be a vehicle that would be fast (like, at all) but, all these years later, the trucks have become the staple of many different facets of the truck community.

This time, we head out to Holley LS Fest West, an event out in Las Vegas that brings together some of the biggest and best in the world of late model General Motors performance and to say that this old truck was a step above the rest in the crowd of showstoppers would be selling it short! In reality, you really have to see this thing to believe it but this video is as close as we can get you for the time being.
What started out as a 1963 C10 would be converted into a low 9-second machine that’s looking like it might see 8s soon with the help of a twin turbo 370 cubic inch LQ9. On the surface, it seems like a relatively basic setup but when you see the way that this thing rolls out, you can’t help but admire how it all comes together.
Ride along with the action in the BigKleib34 flick down below that shows us a pickup truck that really packs a punch. With a nice little patina on it like that and the set of turbos glaring at you from the hoodless engine bay, you can’t help but be drawn in to see what else this thing has to offer. Beings as this is the first couple of passes that the truck has actually made, we are super excited to see what it looks like when it’s all dialed in.
