Birdman James Finney crashes at San Antonio Raceway, taps the wall and saves it
When it comes to rocketing your way down the drag strip at speeds that badass drivers like Birdman are capable of, the threat of a collision is always one that is present no matter how much we would all like to put it to the back of our minds.
This time, we check in with Birdman himself as he makes a pass during the Atomic Dog Ultimate Shootout and Call Outs at San Antonio Raceway when he ends up running into quite an intense situation.
There isn’t much that he can do as a car rockets off of the line and moves towards the centerline before temporarily losing control and running the car all the way to the wall where Birdman would try his best to limit the damage to a minimum.
From what we are told, it was nothing more than some superficial damage and you can see it all, including the save, as it unfolds in the video below. It looks like Birdman escaped this one with some major luck on his side because this one could have gotten bad!
