Cadillac CTS-V Twin Turbo vs. Nissan GTR $600 Street Race
Let’s take a trip to Mexico for some street racing action!
This video features a little more drama than it does actual racing, but are the street races as much fun without some drama in the mix? Of course they’re not, so sit back and watch this twin turbo Cadillac CTS-V line up with a full bolt-on GTR, only to have a couple of miscues on the start. With the GTR’s all wheel drive a huge factor in any race on the street, we definitely understand why the Caddy’s driver wants to make sure the launch is fair. And when they finally agree on the method of the launch is decided on, it looks like the CTS-V jumps at the start, but the GTR gives chase and the race is on.
From the starting line perspective its hard to see who took the win, but luckily there is a finish line camera that gives us a clear view, allowing us to see that the Caddy won by a couple of car lengths, finally ending the drama for the night. The $600 pot is awarded to the winner as the video ends!
