CAT 777 Rolls Over F-150 Like it's not Even There

There are some machines out there that are truly mind-boggling. When we take a look across the landscape at some of humanity’s greatest mechanical achievements, it really just kind of makes us stop and stare, pondering exactly how somebody managed to construct such a machine. In fact, we might even argue that the magnitude of some of the biggest machines in the world might just slip by most who look at them on a screen.

For example, to the untrained eye, a CAT 777 isn’t necessarily all that different looking, structurally, from a typical dump truck. Outside of some oversized tires, many of the visuals look similar. However, we would think that it would be an insult to the 777 to compare it to a traditional dump truck at all. Instead, a traditional dump truck that we would find on a highway pales in comparison to a monster like the 777.

This time, we check in with a video that gives us an inside look at one of the biggest earthmovers that the world has to offer. This machine can stack so much rock in the bed that it makes other earthmovers look small in comparison. The machine is capale of towing along a payload of nearly 200,000 lbs.

With this demonstration, we get to take a look at the monster machine next to a traditional light-duty full-size pickup truck. The Ford F-150 isn’t even as tall as one of the tires on the 777. Therefore, it’s not so hard to imagine that this machine is capable of all that it can handle.

By following along with the video below, we get to see what this specialty built vehicle looks like when it comes in contact with a regular old pick up truck. Let’s just say that this poor consumer vehicle didn’t stand a chance against the monster built for work.
