2017 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 Crashes at the Nürburgring
The effects of testing at the Nürburgring have been debated across the board. Some think that testing on this track is a necessary evil and others think that the competition for the best time ruins cars by converting them into hard and clunky race machines.
While it can be argued either way, Chevy has gone with the idea that hitting the track is a necessary evil, especially when it comes to testing out the likes of the Chevrolet Camaro Z/28, a factory-built performance machine
If this demonstration is an indicator of performance, then it looks like the guys at Chevrolet might want to go back to the drawing board a bit on this one.
We watch as the driver gets a little bit overexcited and manages to outdrive either his talent behind the wheel or his attention span, sending the car directly into the wall.
Check out the video below that probably made the team developing this thing monster cringe. There’s not much that you can do outside of chalking this one up to a research and development cost of doing business.
