Cop Car Crown Vic Transformed Into a General Lee Dodge Charger and Jumped
All of these years later after the Dukes of Hazzard has kind of faded off into the distance, there are still some pretty major fans out there who are still in love with that bright orange Dodge Charger and the stunts that the boys in Hazzard County pulled off in the car along with all of the other nostalgic memories that go alongside it. When it comes to automobiles that are the centerpiece of movies, very few come close to holding the status that the General Lee has managed to obtain as a household name and, as such, you have all kinds of events still revolving around the following that the show has managed to put together.
This time, we take a journey inside of exactly what goes into creating a General Lee Charger to be jumped. You would think that with how expensive a 1969 Dodge Charger like the one that you see on screen is beginning to become, that these events would be rallying together quite the price tag. However, when you see how some of these things are actually made, you might be in for a little bit of a surprise. In order to keep the fandom going and keep the cost down, it turns out that these General Lee replicas are made out of different cars entirely.
