Cop Shows Up as Pontiac GTO is Doing Donuts… Whoops!

Half of the front of owning a fast car is the ability to go out and beat on it. I don’t care what anybody says, if you have a lot of power under your hood, the urge to lay in that throttle is pretty strong and resisting it is futile most of the time. However, as we all know, as responsible adults (or at least that’s how we think of ourselves), knowing exactly when to give your car a little bit of gas and have some fun is as important as the fun you’re having. If you choose the wrong time and place to lay into that throttle, it can be downright dangerous and, in addition, can end up getting you in trouble if you’re not aware of your surroundings.

This time, we catch up with the owner of a Pontiac GTO as he swings it around in an intersection, laying into the throttle and really letting it eat, shedding some tires but, as he soon finds out, he ends up doing it right in front of a police officer. When he sees the cop sitting there in the intersection with him, the owner of the Pontiac immediately gets out of the throttle, sitting there for a minute before turning down the street when the video cuts off. Man, this one is entertaining but I really would’ve liked to see what had happened right after the video shut off. Did the police officer give chase? Did the Pontiac owner just sit there? We have so many questions!

Check out the video below as this GTO driver simply got caught in the wrong place at the wrong time. Then again, doing donuts in a public intersection probably isn’t the best idea that this guy has ever had, either.
