Corvette Driver Can’t Drive & Hits Tree HARD!

While we’re used to seeing all of these high horsepower builds, the C5 Chevrolet Corvette Z06‘s 405 hp can still be a lot to handle if you don’t know what you’re doing with it.

This time, we follow along with a Z06 driver that simply wants to take one of his company’s car on a little joy ride and drive it for what it was built for. The result probably wasn’t exactly what he had imagined.

Check out the video below as too much throttle causes the rear end to kick out and this Corvette goes for a wild ride directly into a tree. Apparently, this particular car was borrowed from a dealership for which the driver works and he also wrecked a Dodge Viper from the same dealership a week later. He was fired for neither incident.

Looks like this Mustang driver should have let off that throttle a little bit earlier.
