Counting Down the Deadliest Cars Ever Made

Sometimes, when we get all excited about a car, it can be easy to forget about some of the most important features. After all, we want to make sure the vehicle is safe should we get into an accident. In the case of a crash, safety features definitely outweigh style. However, in the decision-making process behind purchasing a car, it can be easy to get overlooked in the excitement. After all, there are plenty of cars rolling around on the roadways these days that wouldn’t leave drivers a very good chance of coming out unscathed should they get into an accident. I guess that these drivers have that “hold on and pray” mentality.

In this day and age, it seems like there are very strict safety standards in order to get a car into production. However, things weren’t always that way. Also, these safety standards don’t consider things like size. Instead, they more at impact survival. This allows some models to slip through the cracks. It’s not necessarily true that all small cars are unsafe but maybe it’s better to stick with something that has a little size.

Sometimes, though, the occupants of a vehicle don’t even need to crash in order to get injured. When looking at a car like the Ferrari 458 Italia, maybe bursting into flames will be what gets ya!

By following along with the video below, we get to take a look inside up some of the vehicles that might not have been up to par for safety. Sometimes, when checking out a situation in hindsight, it really makes us wonder how something like this managed to slide through the cracks sometimes. Perhaps seeing a video like this will make consumers think twice before hopping into a new car. Some of these stories just blow our minds!
