Dale Earnhardt Jr. Has Officially Married Amy Reimann
If you’re from my neck of the woods – I was born and raised in North Alabama – then you have at least one aunt, niece, or female cousin whose heart is genuinely broken today because she was holding out hope that she would be the one to marry Dale Earnhardt Jr. That’s right, the deep south’s most eligible bachelor has been swiped from the market and wrangled into holy matrimony, marrying his girlfriend Amy Reimann on New Years Eve.
Junior and Amy tied the knot under an elegantly decorated tent at the Childress Vineyards in Lexington, North Carolina. While there were several hundred guests in attendance, the ceremony had a very intimate, small-ceremony feel. The couple exchanged vows in front of a who’s who of the NASCAR community, including Kyle Busch and Danica Patrick, and celebrated their union until midnight, where the joined the guests for a New Years countdown.
The couple then jetted of to their honeymoon – the location of which has been kept private for obvious reasons – where Junior proved he’s still just one of us, having to deal with lost luggage thanks to Delta’s misplacing his bags. Congrats to Dale Jr. and Amy, we wish the happy couple many years of wedded bliss.
