Diabolical 8-Second Stick Shift Mustang Rows Gears and Takes Home Victory!

When you get to the level of racing that this Ford Mustang is on, there’s no debate that an automatic transmission will be much more consistent and provide quicker shifting to make sure that the power gets to the ground in the most efficient way possible, leading you to as many wins as you can get your hands on.

However, even though that may be the case, there’s still a certain mystique and appeal of high horsepower cars that are manually shifted like we see here. Banging gears might be fun, but imagine banging gears all the way down the quarter mile to an 8-second pass. It has to be an all-out adrenaline rush.

It’s nothing but pure pleasure to watch this bright blue Mustang really gets into it, blazing through the competition at Street Car Takeover out in Orlando as it manages to turn just about every head in the facility as the driver found a way to take home the title of stick shift supremacy as the car and driver combo managed to win the class dedicated to gear rowers.
