Don’t Drive Your Boat Like This Guy, That Had to Hurt
It might seem like, because you’re out on the water, all of that open space means that you don’t have to pay as close attention as you would if you happened to be behind the wheel of a car putting your way around the crowded roadways.
However, it just so happens that the exact opposite is true, because of this lack of focus and a more laid back atmosphere, well, that complacency means that bad things could happen in a hurry whether they’re because you’re not paying attention to your surroundings or because you think you have unlimited space when, in reality, the space is incredibly finite.
We watch as this poor driver pilots a tiny little boat and looks to be moving pretty quickly, navigating in a tight spot that has the boat’s speed outpacing its ability to make a turn and that’s where the ugliness really begins to unfold with a catastrophic accident. Confidence is a good thing, but this overconfidence ended up hurting here!
Check out the video below that shows you exactly how not to jump into the throttle when you’re behind the wheel of a watercraft. If you take the chance to pause this video and play it back frame by frame, you’re able to watch as the stationary piling takes the liberty of splitting the front of this boat completely in half and knocking this poor guy out of his mind.
