Driver in Newark Drives it “Till the Wheel Falls Off”

If you’ve ever heard the phrase “drive it till the wheels fall off,” someone was probably referring to the fact that they’re planning on driving their car until it’s breathed its last breath. However, this time, we catch up with a driver who took that phrase all too literally and it was all captured on camera.

The scene comes to us from Newark, NJ as this driver loses an entire wheel but it doesn’t deter them from keeping on rolling and to say that it puts on a show is a bit of an understatement as sparks and smoke goes flying everywhere as pieces of the car are destroyed!

This is a really extreme example but goes to show you that just because you can drive it doesn’t mean that you should. Maybe when you start smelling something odd or hearing the noise that had to come before this catastrophe, you should pull over to see what the heck is going on with your ride.

Check out the video below as a following vehicle captured the entire thing on camera. I’m not sure exactly how the person behind the wheel of the car kept it going, but there has to be one heck of a story or a reason behind why they couldn’t find it in themselves to pull over!
