Driving a 700+ whp V8 powered Hypercar in the Rain = Sketchy
Sure, you could throw a bunch of horsepower at a car that happens to be lightweight and have one heck of a racing platform but just imagine getting rid of the car entirely and instead, putting that heavy hitting engine and twin turbo combination into a go-kart.
That’s essentially the situation here as we get to check out a little shakedown run from a 700+ wheel horsepower twin turbocharged hypercar in the rain. 700 hp is a lot of mustard in just about any car not to mention something that’s this petite and light!
Driving this thing around in the wet conditions had to be a little bit sketchy but just listening to that LSx engine roar is enough of a treat for us. When turbos begin to spool, you’re able to get that unique sound that really makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up.
Check out the video below that shows us a little sneak peek of what you can expect to see with this insane machine. When the driver gets it to go full throttle, this boosted bad ass really has to throw you back in your seat and plant into the ground. We would imagine that if you aren’t careful with this machine, things could get out of hand and rather easily.
