Evo Racecar At Pikes Peak Hits Corner Too Fast – Goes Off Cliff!

When it comes to racing, we are firmly behind the “Drive it like you stole it” mentality, but this driver truly took that phrase to the bank and cashed it.

We watch in awe as this driver gave his Mitsubishi Evolution a little bit more throttle than it could handle around this sweeping corner of the Pikes Peak Hillclimb.

As the car took the turn sporting no guard rail a bit wide, it was left with nowhere to go but down as gravity took over, causing the car to roll over multiple times in what seemed like a sudden death scenario. Luckily for us, looks can be deceiving.

Check out the video below that shows the event unfolding from three different camera angles. Somehow, both of the parties in the car were able to walk away with no serious injuries.
