Flying Highway Trashcan Shows Why it’s a Good Idea to Have Good a Dash Cam

When you get out there on the roadway, you really never know what is going to happen out there. Sure, most of the time, you’re going to have a trip that goes just fine. More than likely, nothing is going to happen and you’re going to be able to get to your destination without too much drama going on. However, every once in a while, the situation will arise where you end up in a bad spot, something that you might not be able to control but after getting yourself tied up in it, you probably are going to want to have some type of insurance to cover your rear end.

This time, we just so happen to catch up with one of those situations as a driver was heading on their way down the highway, when all of a sudden, something would come out of nowhere and absolutely catch them off guard in the most insane way that you could possibly imagine. No, this wasn’t just any fender bender or even something as intense as a hit and run but instead, a trashcan would literally take flight and hone in on the car in question, doing big-time damage in the most unexpected way that you could imagine.

If you follow along down in the video below, you’ll see the entire thing as a dash cam was able to follow the incident closely. After seeing something like this, you realize just how lucky this driver was that they had this on board camera running and ready to capture the incident. Otherwise, I’m not sure how many people are going to believe you that your car was literally taken out by a flying trash can in the middle of the highway. Seeing things like this certainly make a strong argument for every driver at least thinking about grabbing a dash cam to protect themselves from whatever happens whether it’s this uncommon or maybe something that you would see on a more regular basis.
