Gas Monkey Energy Car Crashes HARD at Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen Race

Nobody ever likes to see a crash but there’s something about human nature that won’t allow us to look away and leaves us concerned and wondering how the driver is doing.

Thankfully, Johnny Mowlem, the man behind the wheel here, ended up being alright. However, the Gas Monkey Energy car was far from the complete piece that it once was.

It all went down at the IMSA Weathertech Endurance Series during the Watkins Glen 6 Hours of the Glen Race when the Gas Monkey car got involved in some rough racing and ended up taking the brunt of the consequences.

Check out the video below as the car spins out of control and takes on the wall, eventually losing to the immovable object. With that giant cloud that the car left behind, the driver is really lucky that no other cars came from out of nowhere on this one.
