When you have a car that expects to see the streets and be able to be registered and insured, you have to put it through a certain series of tests and essentially destroy it to prove that it’s safe enough for people to get behind the wheel of.
As you could probably imagine, this process can get rather expensive and with a multimillion-dollar car, that experience takes even more of a toll on the bank account.
