How Engines Work – (See Through Engine in Slow Motion)

When it’s an engine that we’re talking about, sometimes the basic concept of how it works can be pretty difficult to understand if you can’t visualize it. Perhaps a simple explanation just will not do for beginners and that’s when displays like this come in handy. Even if you’re more experienced, something like this will blow your mind as you take a look inside of the process!

Taking the Internet by storm, this old school engine has had its head replaced with a see-through panel that allows you to see how exactly everything is happening inside. You can really visualize where the power is coming from to give you a better understanding of exactly how the combustion process works.

In this demonstration, the guys at Smarter Every Day check out the engine that is a wild creation that finds itself living amongst other Briggs & Stratton small engine creations that this New Jersey man has created in the comfort of his own shop. Some of these hand-crafted machines are really worth taking a good look at!
