How Many People Do You Think This Cop Car Cutout Tricks?

This could be a great way to combat speeders in high-traffic areas, at least temporarily. This ridiculously convincing decoy is nothing more than a glorified cardboard cutout, but the size, graphics and flashing lights really help sell the ruse.

However, as with most speeding deterrents, drivers tend to catch on quickly and would ignore the decoy. A sneaky police department might wait until that happened, then swap out the decoy for a real patrol car and nail the speeders that had become impervious to the stand-in.
