If Ken Block Played Forza Horizon 3, This is What it Would Look Like!
When you take a look at all of the time and money that are invested into making video games more and more realistic as they attempt to simulate real world situations, you can’t help but notice that some of these games are getting incredibly close to being able to be mistaken for real-life. When it comes to automotive games, especially, if you hop behind the controls of a racing simulator, it’s kind of crazy how they’ve gotten down the graphics and physics to the point where it’s almost like you’re driving whatever car you choose to be behind the wheel of, without the threat of crashing it and losing hundreds of thousands of dollars, of course.
While the Forza Horizon series tends to lean a little bit more toward the arcade style of racing than it does the simulation style, it still ends up being pretty accurate to life, at least with the way that It looks on the surface, in this demonstration where we check out somebody who has taken the opportunity of driving a duplicated version of Ken Block’s Hoonicorn and ripping it through the city streets at wide open throttle, throwing the car around corners much like Block would do himself, minus all that traffic, of course.
If you follow along in the video below, you’ll be able to check out some wild driving skills as this video game player has pulled out all of the stops, even going so far as grabbing himself a racing rig, complete with a gearbox and steering wheel to make it a little bit more realistic. In this video, you get to just take a step away from real life for a moment and appreciate a simulated reality that almost looks like something that you could possibly want to live in.
