Yesterday, we saw the release of the 2017 Ford GT. There was a little speculation as the classically v8 powered supercar is now going to be fitted with a twin turbo Ecoboost v6.

Today, Ford is here to clear up a few things with this teaser video that gives us a little bit more insight on why the GT is still quite a special car.

They call it the “ultimate Ford performance vehicle,” as the car features, “ultra-efficient active aerodynamics, mid engine, carbon ceramic brakes, 7-speed dual clutch transmission, carbon fiber body panels, carbon fiber primary structure, active torsion bar suspension, and 600+ horsepower.”
