Introducing the Insane Mason Motorsports 4×4 Trophy Truck

In the world of motorsports, one of the first things that come to mind is making good horsepower. Sure, that’s a huge part of the equation. However, that horsepower isn’t going to be any good if it can’t get to the ground. By that, essentially, we’re saying that if the supporting components break, that horsepower is worth nothing.

The conversation that follows is how abusive we can be to the machines that we love. One of the best parts about a well put together performance machine is the ability to go out there and beat on it. This means that the components supporting the power need to be in tip-top shape.

With that in mind, we come to the world of the trophy truck. For those who aren’t in the know, even though these are off-road machines, they typically don’t come with a 4-wheel-drive system. Due to the pure abuse that these trucks go through and the fact that the suspension travels an absurd amount, a proper 4×4 system hasn’t been deemed possible by many.

However, when Mason Motorsports looked at the issue, they saw an opportunity.
