Joshington and the Farmtruck weight reduction plan

Ideally, in drag racing, the closer your weight becomes to absolute zero, the better shot you have at going fast. Actually, that methodology can apply to just about any kind of racing.

While many participate in some extreme weight reduction practices to get their ride down to a more desirable weigh in, others just simply don’t care or don’t want to get rid of the amenities that bring the weight with them.

This time, we ride along behind the scenes as Joshington, Farmtruck’s mechanic, takes the time to do just a little bit of weight reduction to the truck… and by a little bit, we really mean a LITTLE bit.

The Chevrolet C10 is really an unlikely platform in its bulky, heavy ways to become a drag racing all-star, but we think that this particular Chevy has pulled it off well.
