Live From PRI: Street Outlaws Kamikaze New Twin Turbo Setup Official Unveiling
The life of a race car is one with many ups and downs. As you know, being able to race on the level akin to the guys on your television screen on Street Outlaws can be quite the challenge. Not only does it require a lot of money to keep cars operating on that level but also countless hours in the garage, tweaking things, fixing things, and installing updates that you may or may not have seen coming. Sometimes, these tweaks are small and other times, well, you will just get inspired to do a complete overhaul of your machine. That’s when the wrenching might just get a little bit complicated.
This time, we head out to the PRI show to get a little bit of a peek at Kamikaze Chris’s Chevrolet El Camino that has undergone a little bit of a conversion to now sport a pair of turbos to bring things to life. This machine will have you pretty intimidating as the turbos mounted off of the side of the engine offer dumps right out the fender of the car. In this one, we only get a quick look at the setup and we have to say that we’re impressed with how neat and clean everything looks, really making it a street machine that has lots of show behind all that go.
