Man Custom Builds One-Off Porsche 911 Entirely In His Own Garage
As someone who has been behind both store-bought performance and performance that I’ve built in my own garage, in my opinion, there is merit to be had in both of them and I think I can speak for the majority of enthusiasts when I make this claim. There something just incredibly nice about getting behind the wheel of something that was purchased and knowing that it’s going to be incredibly reliable and probably create some really efficient power, however, on the other hand, there’s also something amazing about building your own creation at home, knowing that you’ve had your hands in just about everything on the machine and being able to claim that you’ve turned all of the wrenches on the way to making something stand out from the crowd.
This time, we check out a video that surrounds a car that really falls into the category of the latter as someone is taking the liberty of completely redesigning a Porsche 911. Now, this isn’t your normal modification scheme with a couple of bolt-ons, but instead, features a car that is getting made over from top to bottom as it’s completely taken apart and put back together again with custom everything from wide-body to engine and even a roll cage to make sure that everything is alright should the car end up on its lid.
If you follow along down in the video below, you’ll be able to see a timelapse of passion, effort and ability stuffed into a quick video as this one simplifies the entire process, being able to bring it to your screen and show it off in a short period of time. A video like this makes everything looks so darn easy, however, we really do know that it had to take some major concentration and effort in order to bring something like this together all within your own garage.
