Man Fails To Steal Car At Gunpoint Because It’s A Stickshift

In this day and age, it seems like everybody is broadcasting how perfect their life is on social media. However, what they don’t like to put out there are the bloopers and different stumbles that they have throughout their day. While it’s not something that people are broadcasting for their friends to see most of the time, it’s certainly something that we all have to deal with. It just so happens though, that sometimes, these stumbles are bigger for some folks and they are for others. It also so happens that sometimes, people have their failures publicly displayed on a rather large stage. So, the next time that you’re feeling down about yourself, think about this idiot.

This time, we encounter quite the embarrassing situation for one individual who would probably like to call themselves a carjacker. However, when we take a look at the evidence, we might have some that refutes that idea. Not only is this person in a bad light for being criminal but they’re also bad when it comes to being a criminal. We wouldn’t necessarily pat anybody on the back for doing another person wrong but this guy couldn’t even do a good job of being evil after making that decision. He certainly isn’t any Pablo Escobar.

The story would unfold in a small town in Utah. From West Valley City, it would just so happen that an individual would try and hijack a car. From what we understand, he approached the driver flailing a gun around. The driver understandably wasn’t about to lose their life over a car. However, when the would-be criminal got into the car, they were a little bit bamboozled because the vehicle was a stick shift. Sure, the number of manually shifted vehicles that we see out there is shrinking every day. This person just so happened to be lucky enough to run into a criminal who was with the times.

The suspect has not been apprehended.
