Marques Brownlee of Auto Focus Is Under Fire For A Negative Review Of Humane AI-Pin.

Humane AI raised at least $230 million before it ever brought its first product to market. This month it finally released its AI Pin, which starts at $699 and requires a $24 monthly subscription. Negative reviews quickly flooded the internet after the pin’s release.

The product caught the attention of Tech Youtuber Marques Brownlee better known as MKBHD and creator of Auto Focus, a channel where he showcases the past, present, and future of EV Technology. And with an audience of over 18 million subscribers, his reviews carry a huge amount of influence among the technology community.

His video titled, “The Worst Product I’ve Ever Reviewed… Over 6 million people have viewed “For Now” so far. And as for his review of the pin… well, it’s not great.

“It was really hard to come up with a title for this video, But I will say, at one point, my working title for this was, ‘This product is either the dumbest thing ever, or I’m an idiot.”

Brownlee says in the review, which currently has over 6 million views.

This isn’t an isolated incident for MKBHD. Just a few months ago, the YouTuber was also accused of inciting the downfall of the EV company Fisker after he reviewed the Fisker Ocean car in a similarly titled video last month: “This is the Worst Car I’ve Ever Reviewed.”
