Murder Nova and Son, Aiden, Install Headers on Aiden’s First Car, Then Go For A Drive!
For those of us who were fortunate enough to take on a project with dad in our younger years, those are memories that will last a lifetime.
There’s something about wrenching on a car during that time that can really stick with us for life. Not only do we pick up mechanical ability, but it’s also a chance to learn some valuable life lessons. Speaking from personal experience, I know that learning to work on cars has really helped in other parts of life as well.
This time, we get to follow along as Murder Nova and his son, Aiden, have been doing just that. Aiden is getting closer to getting his license and you didn’t think that Murder Nova’s kid would end up rolling around in something lame, did you?
The platform that they’re starting out with is a sweet old school Chevrolet Chevelle that’s easy to love. Even in stock format, this would make an insane first car. However, right from the jump, any fan of Shawn’s knows that the car has no chance of staying stock. Therefore, Shawn and Aiden have taken it upon themselves to make the most of this quarantine to modify the car.
Last time, in Shawn’s words, we saw that the “Tired old engine,” as Shawn put it, just wasn’t enough. Therefore, they couldn’t help but find a new heart for the Nova. If you missed out on that episode be sure to check it out here.
This time, the father-son duo is at it again, tackling the Chevelle with a fury as it gets its latest upgrade. In this one, we check in with the latest progress on the project which involves a bit of exhaust work. Sometimes, getting an exhaust together on a custom application can be easier said than done. However, it’s that elbow grease and problem-solving that makes the finished product all that much more satisfying to drive! – Follow Murder Nova and 187 Customs onFacebook!
