One Man Builds Incredible Amphibious Houseboat and It Actually Works!
If it’s boating that we’re talking about, things can get a lot more complex than heading out to the water, pushing down the throttle and driving. If you have ever talked to anyone who has been around the water for a substantial amount of time, they will back this claim up and then some. There are lots of little nuances that you pick up on over time that will eventually make you really confident in boating.
One of the aspects of boating, for those who don’t have their own slip to store their boat in, that seems to be more difficult is that of backing a trailer into a boat slip. There’s something about the length of the trailer behind your truck and turning the steering wheel in the opposite direction of your intuition that really throws folks off.
In this video, however, we check out a creation from someone who took the liberty of thinking up a solution for those who seem to have an issue putting their boat in the water and it’s a lot simpler than you might think but it does appear to be effective, at least in the company’s demonstration of the product.
Check out the amphibious boat down below fitted with some massive tires that make tossing your craft the water a non-issue as you’re able to simply drive it down the ramp and straight into the water to make your boating experience just a little bit more convenient. When you’re all done out there on the water, you can drive the boat right back up the ramp and all the way home as well. As for why they built it, the folks behind it claim that there’s no rational reason why and that they just thought that the tractor meets houseboat combination would be cool!
