Putting The “As Seen On TV” Car Products To The Test! Which Ones Work?
If you look at the “As Seen on TV” section, it’s always a bunch of devices that you can’t be sure are going to exactly work or not. The demonstrations that they give you can be pretty extravagant sometimes to show off products that might have big promises and even a pretty constructive video to go alongside them in an effort to make some money.
After seeing what the product is able to do with your own two eyes, sometimes, you might be so compelled to try out these products whether or not the demonstration is exactly truthful or not. It’s all one great big marketing scheme to get you to buy products and it seems to really have been working as the “As Seen on TV” market is still alive.
This time, though, we check out a Household Hacker video that takes the opportunity to actually test out the some of these TV boosted products when it comes to automotive related items. In this one, we get to see everything from a seat cushion to a pump that promises to reduce the space that your other tire pump takes up and everything in between. I mean, why go out and spend your hard-earned money on these things when you can check out a review to see if they actually work first? I guess that’s one of the great things about the internet. It really puts that knowledge right in your lap and allows you to question things before you go out and buy them.
If you follow along down in the video below, you might just see a couple of myths debunked as a couple of these quirky products don’t seem to work out as well as they promised in the advertisement. Are some of these a case of false advertising or should the products just be expected to be a toss-up in terms of their functionality as they’re kind of presented a little bit of a gimmick anyway?
