Scooter Rider Causes Collision Then Sneaks Away

When this scooter rider went out for a leisurely drive, he probably didn’t expect to cause mass destruction on the roadways within his first few second of being behind the handlebars.

When making a very slow right turn after failing to check for traffic, the rider came within inches of losing his life to a car blazing down the road, but luckily for him, the car was able to swerve out of the way. The car’s driver wasn’t as fortunate because at the other end of this steering correction was oncoming traffic!
