Scooter Rider Deliberately Rammed – Hit and Run Chase!

Sometimes, it takes a video like this one to show you just how sane you really are in the scheme of things when compared to other people who might not have that same reality.

We aren’t too sure what state of mind you have to be in to possibly think of that running over a scooter rider is alright, but apparently this guy is there.

We watch as the driver of this van runs over the rider in question and simply takes off. Initially, we gave the guy the benefit of the doubt, thinking it was an honest mistake and he didn’t notice, but when we catch up with him we see that it’s way more than that.

When a bystander chases the man down to get his side of the story, the man tells us that he was provoked, thinking of that the rider giving the driver the middle finger would call for the recourse of running him down with a van and admiting to the serious crime on camera!

We aren’t really sure where this guy’s road rage is coming from, but maybe if you check out the video below, you can shed some light on his decisions in this situation.
